By providing your phone number, requesting an estimate, or booking a landscaping service with Grounds Crew LLC, you explicitly consent to receive recurring automated and manual text messages (SMS/MMS) and phone calls through our business management software, Jobber.
- Types of Communication: Messages and calls will be used to send you automated booking confirmations, visit reminders, real-time "on-the-way" crew notifications, digital invoice and quote links, payment follow-ups, and seasonal landscaping offers (such as mulch installation, core aeration, or fall cleanups and other offers).
- Frequency & Automation: Message frequency varies based on your service schedule and seasonal updates. Messages may be triggered automatically by our scheduling system when a technician updates a job status or sends an invoice.
- No Condition of Purchase: Agreeing to receive text alerts or calls is completely voluntary and is not a condition of purchasing any lawn care or landscaping services.
- Rates: Standard message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile provider plan.
- Opt-Out (STOP): You can opt out of text communications at any time. Reply STOP to any text message received from our number to permanently unsubscribe.
